【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对预防下肢骨折手术术后并发深静脉血栓中的作用。方法：撷取我院2018年2月至2019年进行手术治疗的下肢骨折患者88例进行研究，将其按照电脑随机表法分成综合组44例和对照组44例，对照组患者进行常规护理，综合组患者接受综合护理干预，对比两组患者的下床时间和住院时间。结果：综合组患者下床时间(2.45±1.12)d、住院时间(10.25±3.11)d，对照组患者下床时间(4.55±1.13)d、住院时间(15.89±3.23)d，对比有意义，P<0.05。结论：对下肢骨折手术术后并发深静脉血栓患者采用综合护理能够缩短患者的下床时间，尽早开始康复锻炼，早日恢复出院。
